Born out of the mountain side oasis at Esalen Institute in Big Sur, Esalen® Massage is an integrative approach to full body awareness. In a session you may experience long, flowing strokes, range of motion, pausing, rocking and three dimensional touch as well as specific work to connect your body to it’s healing potential. Esalen® massage resets the nervous system to ground and center and to reconnect body and spirit.
